Three-axis fabric 'T.W.F'

It is utilized in various fields due to its unique characteristics that are specific to three-dimensional woven fabrics.

"T.W.F" refers to a triaxial woven fabric where the weft yarn is organized with two directions of warp yarn intersecting at a 60° angle, with each yarn woven at a 60° intersection angle. In contrast, what is generally referred to as fabric is a biaxial structure where the warp and weft yarns are woven at a 90° intersection angle, known as Biaxial Woven Fabric (hereinafter referred to as B.W.F.). The performance of the fabric is governed by the minimum strength rather than the maximum strength in response to deformation forces, leading to research and development based on the idea that eliminating directions with extremely low strength is beneficial. Due to this concept, our product is developed as a material that does not have the structural weaknesses of B.W.F., and leveraging its unique properties, product development is being advanced in various fields. [Features] - Extremely lightweight and thin film - Weft yarn organized with two directions of warp yarn intersecting at a 60° angle - Each yarn woven at a 60° intersection angle *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Molding thermoplastic polyester triaxial fabric

Excellent design quality, can also be used as architectural interior material! Lightweight and thin film with excellent strength! It also has excellent curvature followability, allowing for deep drawing processing.

"Thermoplastic polyester triaxial fabric" is a high-tech material born from traditional techniques. Unlike conventional biaxial fabrics where the warp and weft threads intersect at 90 degrees, triaxial fabrics consist of a lattice-like structure where three threads intersect at 60 degrees, allowing loads to be distributed in three directions. This makes them very lightweight yet exceptionally strong. By using a dual-structure yarn with a high melting point core and a low melting point outer layer, the fabric can be processed through thermal molding. In particular, triaxial fabrics excel in curvature conformity, making deep drawing molding possible. 【Features】 ■ Thin film ■ Lightweight ■ Good moldability ■ Capable of deep drawing molding ■ Curvature conformity ■ Dimensional stability ■ Shape retention and recovery *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
